Optimizing CPU and Network Performance
For optimal CPU performance, select the Host Model CPU. This configuration is crucial when using Windows OS; otherwise, you may encounter a "blue screen" error upon the next boot. For Linux users, this setting typically has little impact.
For the best network performance, use the Virtio network driver. Virtio drivers are para-virtualized device drivers designed for KVM virtual machines. They significantly enhance machine performance by reducing I/O latency and increasing throughput to near bare-metal levels.
